THE MORNING RITUAL
- 01. Awaken the Lymph Nodes - Begin by gently stimulating key lymphatic areas to help open pathways for lymph fluid to move and drain properly.
- 02. Prepare the Skin - Apply a small amount of No. 2 Vanilla Body Oil to clean skin to allow the tool to glide comfortably without pulling the skin.
- 03. Sculpt & Glide - Using the curved edges of the gua sha, glide outward and upward along the natural contours of the face. Use slow, consistent strokes, allowing the tool to do the work.
- 04. Target with Pressure - Use the integrated acupressure tip to apply gentle, focused pressure in areas of tension.
- 05. Refine with the Ridged Edge - Use the ridged side of the tool to gently massage areas prone to fine lines or congestion.
- 06. Finish & Reset - End with a few light, downward strokes along the neck toward the collarbone to support lymphatic flow.
