Is it vegan?

No. Silk and bee propolis are both animal-derived, so this floss is not vegan.

Can it be used with sensitive gums?

Yes. There are no harsh coatings, flavors, or dyes, and propolis is there specifically for gum support. Anyone with a known allergy to bees or bee products should check with their dentist first.

Unflavored? Won't the mint be missed?

Free & Clear means no added flavor and no dye. Most floss mint is synthetic and it is masking the plastic, not cleaning anything. Silk tastes like nothing, which is the point. Toothpaste can handle the mint.
