Gua sha can be performed in the morning, at night, or any time of the day when you need a relaxing, self-care moment.

Begin with a cleansed face and a clean Gua Sha stone
Apply a moisturizing oil or balm to ensure Gua Sha easily glides over skin
Gently sweep the stone across your contours in an outward direction
Start at décolleté and work your way up to neck, jawline, nose, eyes, cheekbones, and forehead
Repeat until skin is refreshed with a luminous glow

For best results, we recommend performing a gua sha massage at least 3 times per week. However, daily use is encouraged. We recommend only practicing once per day.
