HOW TO USE
Gua sha can be performed in the morning, at night, or any time of the day when you need a relaxing, self-care moment.
- Begin with a cleansed face and a clean Gua Sha stone
- Apply a moisturizing oil or balm to ensure Gua Sha easily glides over skin
- Gently sweep the stone across your contours in an outward direction
- Start at décolleté and work your way up to neck, jawline, nose, eyes, cheekbones, and forehead
- Repeat until skin is refreshed with a luminous glow
For best results, we recommend performing a gua sha massage at least 3 times per week. However, daily use is encouraged. We recommend only practicing once per day.
