The Beauty of Mindfulness
One Fine Secret and KNDRD meditation studio are teaming up for the first time to offer you this enjoyable free event. These two heart-led start-ups are dedicated to inspiring you to discover the joys of mindful living.
Both start-ups are Melbourne-based trailblazers. One Fine Secret is Australia’s new standard in clean beauty. KNDRD is Australia’s new standard in meditation studios.
You’ll only find the highest standards of quality and ethics in their products and practices. They live and breathe to support their communities to thrive through self-care and wellbeing.
The talk
At this public talk, you’ll experience an introduction to mindfulness.
You will explore the connection between mindfulness and real beauty, living consciously and making intentional choices that benefit your mind, heart, body and our planet.
You will explore:
- What mindful living – living in the present – entails
- How mindfulness can help you connect and appreciate interconnectedness
- Conscious decision-making and conscious beauty
This Public Talk will be held in a safe, non-judgmental and phone-free environment.
Your facilitator
Jossy Jimenez is KNDRD’s lead facilitator.
Jossy has a master’s degree in human development and is certified as a mindfulness facilitator by UCLA’s Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. She has completed Stanford University’s Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT), as well as teacher training in the Mindful Self-Compassion program through the University of California San Diego.
Jossy has spoken and facilitated all around the world and developed mindfulness-based wellbeing programs for all types of organisations - from kindergartens to Fortune 500 corporations. Above all she is committed to her practice, simplicity and self-care.

One Fine Secret is located near the corner of Bourke & Queen St, less than a block from Bourke St Mall. Tram stop 4 - Queen St/Bourke St is close by, or walk 8 minutes from Melbourne Central or Flinders Street train stations.
The entrance to the building is the brown wooden doors. Take the lift through the glass doors in the lobby up to Level 3. If you are entering after 6pm and the ground floor doors are unattended, please call us on 9602 5666 for access.
