We’ve implemented the following measures to keep you safe and comfortable when visiting us in-store, and shopping online with us.
As always, we’re committed to the wellbeing of our guests, team members and community.
We are lovingly packing your online parcels of joy with face masks and gloves on always, and our team is social distancing.
Our delivery partner is Australia Post, you can click here for more information on their COVID response.
› Sanitisation: We require each of our guests to sanitise hands on entry. Sanitisers are readily available upon entry and at our register. Our team members wear gloves in-store when handling products and during guest visits, and are also sanitising hands & gloves regularly.
› Cleaning: We clean and disinfect store surfaces frequently. We’re disinfecting POS and pin-pads between every single customer.
› Testers & Tools: There’s no self-service available for testers and tools. Only our team members are handling testers and tools to ensure these are hygienically handled, and dispensed onto eco-friendly, disposable tester sticks when required. Each guest is guided by one of our friendly team members throughout their visit.
In line with our no-physical contact policy, we have suspended skin demonstrations and makeover services, but as always can provide you personalised natural beauty advice.
› Face Masks: As our physical store is located in Melbourne, in line with Victorian government guidelines face masks are mandatory for visitors and team members.
› Spacing out: We’re all observing a 1.5m gap with each other
› Registers: Card and contactless payments are preferred.
› Visitor numbers: We’re observing a restricted number of guests in-store at any one time, and our team will help manage this.
